A vintage kinda day....

Yesterday while out thrifting, which happens to be my favorite past time since my sister and used to skip school and drive all around the eastern shore of Md and Delaware thrifting....I found quite a few fun things. I must admit, the first picture of coasters is a vintage set I picked up at a yard sale for .50 a while back. They have a permanent home in my living room :) (2) a great vintage bird print I found in a handcrafted wooden frame; (3) set of 6 ivy glasses in perfect condition in a perfectly vintage metal carrier; (4) pair of beautiful glass coasters...GORGEOUS; (5)  set of 4 cool vintage canisters. They had a couple chips on two of the lids, but I could not resist! The furniture I picked up will be posted later in some before and after pics! Take care!

Quick get away

I actually was able to snap this of Lukas while he was literally running to the next slide. So much fun!!

We took the kids to an indoor water park for a couple of days last week in Williamsburg Va.  On our last day there, it was sunny and almost 70 degrees, so there was no way we were staying indoors.  We found the Virginia Living Museum and had a blast!
